Job Description
Technical Expertise needed:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in application support.
- Excellent verbal/written English communication skills.
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/ CD.
- Good knowledge on database manipulation skills (like MSSQL/T-SQL scripts/queries).
- Good knowledge of IIS troubleshooting (such as by using the event viewer logs from Windows server)
- Application troubleshooting and ability to coordinate with multiple teams to solve the issues.
- Proven ability to work within service level agreement to solve customer issues.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Very good knowledge in SDLC and STLC process.
- Escalate and follow-up in a timely manner about all blocking issues and issue deviations from SOPs.
- Experience with ITIL framework to assist in day-to-day BAU Operations.
- Experience in working with cross functional teams spread across geographies.
- Customer focused and goal orientated with keen attention to details.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Release Management & Coordination is good to have.

Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
Your knowledge:
- Understanding of single sign on.
- Good knowledge of RDBMS, SQL Server preferred.
- Experience in debugging the apps with API / REST services.
- Understand of Terraform, Observability, Error handling in Cloud setups.
- Knowledge of Elastic Search nice to have.
- Writing automated scripts / queries for validating applications would be appreciated.
- Any Azure / DevOPS certification.
