We are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and driving revenue growth of our Server-Side Tagging solution. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and technical implementation, playing a critical part in driving adoption among enterprise customers who demand robust measurement, analytics, and performance marketing capabilities.
You will combine a passion for translating complex technical capabilities into customer-centric messaging with hands-on expertise in digital analytics and tagging. Your work will empower our customers to future-proof their marketing measurement while maintaining data privacy and maximizing performance.
Your Tasks
Product Messaging & Positioning- Develop compelling messaging, value propositions, and differentiated positioning for Server-Side Tagging across industries and personas (marketing, analytics, IT).
- Translate complex technical details (server-side data flows, tag configurations, consent implications) into clear business value narratives.
- Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns in collaboration with Product Management, Brand & Comms, Content, Demand Generation, Sales and Partnerships.
- Define key success metrics, track adoption, and optimize strategies based on performance.
- Brief high-quality collateral including solution briefs, competitive battlecards, demos, and enablement materials.
- Enable internal teams to effectively communicate the benefits of Server-Side Tagging to prospects.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to inform product roadmap and marketing approach.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the SST product team - provide insights from customers and the market in relation to this product.
- Act as the subject-matter expert on marketing measurement, tagging infrastructure, and privacy-compliant data collection.
- Partner with solutions engineers to support high-priority deals and customer onboarding.
You Bring
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in Product Marketing or Technical Marketing for SaaS products, ideally in MarTech, AdTech, analytics, or data privacy.
- Deep expertise in measurement and marketing analytics tools, methodologies, and KPIs.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and how each system connects into the entire adtech ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including setup, troubleshooting, and best practices for Server-Side GTM.
- Proven track record creating compelling content, campaigns, and messaging for technical and marketing audiences.
- Ability to read and understand HTML, JavaScript and browser cookies to effectively communicate tagging and implementation requirements (a strong plus).
- Experience working in cross-functional, international environments, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Asana, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- English fluency (C2 or above).
