Position
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical workforce across 22 European locations, partnering with senior stakeholders to attract and hire top-tier Tech and Product talent. Operating in a fast-paced, competitive market, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact, strategic roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, aligning talent strategies with our business goals and 7 strategic commitments. Your focus will be on building a diverse, future-ready talent pipeline while continuously improving sourcing methods, assessment practices, and employer branding in the tech space.
As part of our European People team, you will also contribute to broader Group HR initiatives, helping to evolve our talent acquisition tools and processes. Your expertise in tech recruitment will be key to driving innovation and excellence in how we attract and retain the best technical minds.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic, tech and product-focused talent acquisition plans using market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and internal workforce needs to attract top-tier talent;
- Partner closely with HR, Rewards, and Hiring Managers to define success profiles and build targeted sourcing strategies for roles in software development, engineering, product management, IT, data, AI, and more, ensuring alignment with our cultural and strategic goals;
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and product roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience, from job posting and sourcing to technical assessments and offer management;
- Leverage platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn, and Stack Overflow to proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates;
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, providing insights on tech talent trends, market dynamics, and best practices in technical hiring;
- Build and maintain a robust tech talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building for future hiring needs;
- Use Teamtailor to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international tech recruiting within a fast-paced, international matrix environment;
- Strong ability to assess technical talent and familiarity with various tech interview formats and assessment tools;
- Proven experience managing tech recruitment across multiple regions and technical domains;
- Deep understanding of global and local tech hiring practices, with a problem-solving mindset;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with Portuguese or other European languages being a plus;
- A strategic, hands-on partner with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
