Join a fast-paced team at the intersection of technology and financial markets. As a Systems Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the daily publication of 6,000+ custom indices across asset classes (equity, commodities, options, etc.). You’ll work closely with front-office teams, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality delivery.

Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensures smooth daily publication of indices and instruments (ETR, VWAP, Surface, etc.).
- Analyzes root causes of publication failures using tools like SQL, Splunk, Camunda, Dynatrace, and Bloomberg.
- Works closely with different stakeholders (business and IT teams, external data providers) to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Oversees and improves workflow systems, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution.
- Provides end-to-end support for index lifecycle configurations and system readiness.
Qualifications
Profile:
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, REST APIs, JSON, Spring Boot, Excel.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to servers, connectivity, and script.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Excellent communicator across technical and business teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
- Team player with a proactive mindset and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
