Supply Network Planning Manager
What the job looks like
- Own the global supply network for our external suppliers;
- Lead and empower a world-class team of planners within our global network;
- Balance global supply and demand, ensuring agility and alignment with business goals;
- Champion customer service excellence and oversee fair, strategic inventory allocation;
- Collaborate across functions—from Demand Planning to Finance—to deliver seamless execution.
- Experience: 5–10 years in in supply chain, planning, or operations;
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/APO/SNP) and Advanced Planning Systems; strong Excel skills;
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse global teams in a matrixed environment;
- Experience in transformation projects is a big plus;
- Certifications: University degree required, Six Sigma Green Belt and APICS/IBF certifications are a plus;
- Mindset: Agile, collaborative, and results-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
