We are looking for a professional to join a client team
What you will do
- Provide application support with a focus on SRE principles;
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve system issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions;
- Enhance logging, metrics, and alerting systems to prevent and detect problems;
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams, adapting communication to stakeholders;
- Propose improvements to platforms, tools, and monitoring processes;
- Participate in on-call rotations and support incident responses.
Who you are
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in application support with SRE practices;
- Proficiency in SQL, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS, and Shell scripting;
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex systems;
- Experience in retail systems is a plus;
- Availability for on-call rotations;
- Willingness to travel to Porto, Azambuja, and Madrid.
