As a Spanish & English Customer Advisor, you will assist users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimizing their experience with the platform.

✅ As a Spanish Customer Advisor you will:
- Providing high-quality support in French and English via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
- Assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimizing their use of the platform.
- Verifying account information and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory guidelines.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently to enhance their experience.
- Handling support in both Spanish and English.
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
- 870€ gross x 14 months (1015€ gross x12 months)-basic salary
- 50€ gross/month - fixed project bonus
- meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
- Night shift allowance (if applicable)
- 20 €/month - Transport allowance
