What You'll do:
- Define and clarify project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
- Build and maintain project plans for backend impacts in JIRA, including timelines and dependencies;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (feature teams, architects, back-office teams) to design scalable and performant solutions;
- Draft and maintain technical specifications and design decisions in Confluence;
- Create and manage detailed technical user stories for developers in JIRA;
- Support frontend and backend developers by answering technical questions during implementation;
- Perform partial technical testing to validate solutions and integrations;
- Ensure technical documentation is always up to date;
- Analyze and resolve support tickets related to digital backend systems;
- Facilitate agile rituals such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives;
- Remote Work Model.
What You Are:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in e-commerce systems and processes;
- Strong knowledge of backend APIs, development constraints, and design patterns (with emphasis on Microservices);
- Proven expertise in technical design: sequence diagrams, flow modeling (frontend, backend, back-for-front, back-office), and API design;
- Experience documenting specifications in Confluence and creating user stories in JIRA;
- Solid understanding of omnichannel e-commerce system constraints: web performance, scalability, observability, monitoring, WebView management;
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with product owners, developers, architects, OPS, and support teams;
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
