We are a leading Ecommerce and DTC brand in the Beauty & Personal Care sector, seeking a talented Social Media Manager. This position is available for a freelancer working 3 days per week (20-25 hours/week). The candidate must be proficient in English and possess a senior-level background in social media management. The payment range for this role is $2000- $4000 per month. These are not the exact job specifics; the criteria can be negotiated directly with the client in the interview.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content tailored for various social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Must Haves:
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly in the Ecommerce/DTC space.
- Strong understanding of performance-oriented strategies and metrics.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with UGC (User-Generated Content) strategies.
