Some of the position’s requirements and responsabilities:
- Proficiency in German (C2) and very good English (B2 level minimum)
- Mandatory to have experience in social media community management
- Previous coaching experience in customer service or digital engagement;
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills;
- A natural affinity for social platforms
- Coaching, Social Media Engagement and Operations & Quality
