Role: ServiceNow Developer
Deliverables:
· Setup the ITSM module (Change Management, Service Requests, Incident Management, Problem Management)
· Improve business processes and manage continuous improvements projects
· Analyse current environment and propose automation whenever possible
· Manage Technical documentation
· Maintain Service catalog and Service level Management
· Coordinate upgrades and changes to ServiceNow instance
· Manage permissions and accesses (roles, users and groups)
· Maintain instance performance by regular checkups
· Troubleshoot day-to-day operations and system issues
· Deploy update sets from non-prod environments
· Set-up notifications and alerts
· Set-up reports and schedule them
· Manage access control lists and scripts like server and client scripts
· Develop and manage standard load template to import data
· Resolve incidents and fulfil routine Service requests
· Provide process training to business owners
· Knowledge on CMDB Administration is a plus
Expertise:
· Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, administration and usage
· Hands on development, management and deployment experience with ServiceNow
· Troubleshoot system issues, investigate and recommend permanent solutions and workarounds
· Experience with Javascript, HTML, XML and Web services REST, API, SOAP
· Experience in ServiceNow ITSM and workflows
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of ServiceNow delivery and ITIL best practices
