Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced IT senior developer or lead to work on successful e-trading platform in Derivatives area.
- We are looking for a candidate not only with experience in IT Team Leadership but hands-on in .NET stack working on high-volume real-time system.
- Knowledge of financial products and electronic/exchange trading would be highly beneficial but is not required, full training will be provided.
Main Tasks:
- Lead a team of developers responsible for the development and maintenance of the trading platform
- Ensure the platform is developed and maintained to the highest standards of quality, security, and performance
- Participate in an agile based software development life cycle including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing and code reviews
- Collaborate with the production support team for release and maintenance of the components
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- At least 5 years software development experience, with at least 2 years as an IT team lead
- Experience with electronic trading platforms or other high-load real-time systems
- Experience in agile development methodologies
- Experience in microservices architecture and cloud-based technologies
- .net C# experience (Expert)
- JavaScript (Practice)
