Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Customer Relationship Manager who is already located OR willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.
Eligibility: Candidate must have EU Citizenship / passport.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption of digital solutions.
Create and maintain stakeholder maps to effectively manage engagement strategies.
Build and monitor adoption dashboards and reports to track progress against targets.
Oversee the full adoption journey across various customer segments.
Respond to stakeholder concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Actively contribute to the success of digital transformation projects by ensuring consistent stakeholder communication and engagement.
Identify service needs to ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
Translate communication objectives into concrete strategies, tasks, and activities, and oversee their implementation.
Define and execute communication strategies to guide stakeholders from awareness to adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management, including deep knowledge of related practices and tools.
At least 5 years of experience building and managing stakeholder maps.
At least 5 years of experience creating adoption dashboards and producing actionable reports.
At least 5 years of experience analyzing customer segments and behavior, particularly in identifying product-related pain points.
Minimum 15 years of experience using Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint).
Strong familiarity with the IT domain, including collaboration with technical teams and supporting digital initiatives.
