Role Overview
As the Security Product Owner, you will report to the CISO and oversee prioritisation and delivery of the security product backlog and initiatives. You will work cross-function and be directly responsible for the delivery of smaller-scale security initiatives, and engage closely with the broader PMO to prioritise and enable delivery of large security projects.
What you will do
- Manage the security program backlog and roadmap to enable effective prioritisation and delivery of security projects
- Deliver smaller security initiatives and continuous improvements across systems and platforms
- Ensure security requirements and the right-level of documentation is created for program governance
- Define and report on security project delivery success criteria and KPIs
- Define and manage the "front door" process to ensure efficient engagement and prioritisation of work within the security team.
Who you are
- Builds partnerships and collaboration - effective at influencing and negotiation
- Demonstrable experience of successful security project delivery in a fast-paced commercially focused environment
- Owns and drives delivery at pace using agile ways of working
- Experience with regulatory and PCI standards in Financial Services / Payments
- Exposure to multiple technology environments including services hosted on cloud platforms.
