Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of its unique tailor-made service, recognized by customers and the market alike. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to handle the banking operations of demanding customers.
The team
You will be member of the Securities transfer team (within the Securities Team), responsible for the processing of the securities transfer in and out on the clients portfolio, including standard securities and investment funds.
The securities transfer team supports our client's banks and ensures an efficient and a high quality services in the processing of the operations.
The team is in direct contact with custodians, in charge of the documentation and ensuring that custodian policy is respected.
But here’s the exciting part: you’ll be helping launch this activity from scratch in Lisbon, working closely with our experienced team in Switzerland.
The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Dom João II 43, 1990-084 Lisboa, Portugal).
Your responsibilities
- Manage securities and funds transfer transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Review and validate documentation related to securities and funds transfers.
- Support international teams by providing timely updates and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of transactions in alignment with company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements within the Operations Department.

- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
