We’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing commercial team in September. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales and wants to be part of a fast-paced fintech startup.
What You’ll Be Doing
Execute outbound prospecting through email, phone, and LinkedIn
Qualify leads and book meetings for the Account Executive team
Work closely with sales and marketing to refine targeting and messaging
Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with all prospect interactions
Help build a predictable sales pipeline
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally as an SDR
Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
Strong communication skills in Portuguese (English is a plus)
Motivated, curious, and goal-oriented
Experience or interest in fintech is a plus – not a requirement
