Scrum Master

Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate the application of the Scrum framework within our software development teams. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience, including large-scale implementations. You will play a crucial role in planning deliverables, monitoring performance, and resolving issues that may hinder the team’s progress.

Main Responsibilities:
The Scrum Master will be responsible for:

• Facilitating daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
• Collaborating with the Product Owner and Engineering Team to prioritize the backlog.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, enhancing transparency and information flow.
• Supporting teams in identifying improvement opportunities.
• Engaging with the Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches Community to enhance Ways of Working.

Key Requirements:
Candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong background in large-scale implementations (SAFe, LeSS).
• Scrum certification.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools: JIRA & Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for Agile practices and a desire to embed them across the organization.
• The ability to identify and work with teams on improvement opportunities.
• Fluent in English (C1 level)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of other Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles.
