Our Branch Regulatory Reporting Manager role combines data management and analysis to create our regulatory reports. You’ll be compiling, reviewing, and managing all types of regulatory reports for our branch network, so there’s always something to learn.

What you'll be doing

  • Producing of market risk templates and for bringing through appropriate review and governance prior to the submission of regulatory reports for trading book positions, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Reviewing all new products introduced by the business impacting market risk reporting and ensuring that regulatory reporting requirements are met.
  • Staying current on regulatory changes affecting Capital and Risk reporting, ensure all reports meet local and international regulatory expectations (e.g., Basel IV, CRD IV, CRR III, IFR, BCBS 239), and address any audit findings promptly.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Data Governance, to ensure reporting processes are integrated and aligned with broader regulatory and business needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency, implement process enhancements, and establish strong data controls and documentation standards for all reporting areas.
  • Serving as the primary contact for regulatory audits, addressing questions related to Capital and trading book reporting and ensuring a clear response to any compliance concern

What you'll need

  • Either 4+ year’s experience as a regulatory reporting manager in a bank or in a consultancy (e.g. Big 4 or similar environment) as financial services consultant with a focus on reporting for trading books and in particular the impacts of FRTB.
  • Experience working with Financial Reporting for Banks, in particular CoRep Market Risk and Trading Book.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to make sense of regulation and develop processes & frameworks to compile new reports as well as enhance existing ones.
  • A self-starter and independent worker.
  • A highly self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a highly diverse environment.
  • Well organised to help plan and deliver to tight deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in project and people management.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience working with IFRS accounting standards.
  • Proficient in regulatory reporting standard software (particularly Axiom).
  • Experience in Regulatory Policy.
  • Experience in Software or IT platform change initiatives.

Compensation range

  • Lithuania: €3,000 - €6,200 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
  • Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
