POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic, coachable, and curious Recruiting Coordinator to join our global Talent Acquisition team. This is an entry-level role with exposure to all areas of recruiting and talent operations. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a recruiter role over time.
You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to support and improve our hiring processes while helping Broadvoice scale with excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing:
- Support pipeline development by identifying and engaging qualified candidates across multiple roles.
Recruiting Coordination & Admin:
- Schedule interviews and support candidate communications.
- Handle onboarding follow-up and documentation.
- Conduct background checks and prepare employee contracts.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance across recruiting documentation.
Projects & Employer Branding:
- Assist with job description/title alignment and reconciliation.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- Build and update interview guides and templates.
- Contribute to reporting and dashboard creation in Rippling.
Learning & Growth:
- Sit in on interviews to gain exposure to the recruiting lifecycle.
- Learn systems, processes, and sourcing techniques.
- Participate in team training and continuous improvement efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong English language skills (Spanish a plus)
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Fast learner with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Collaborative, curious, and eager to contribute to a team
- Comfortable working in a global, remote environment
- Demonstrated alignment with Broadvoice’s values and culture
