You:
- Are an excellent guest service ambassador, always engaging with guests with a genuine smile and with true pleasure for service.

- Act with a sense of urgency when dealing with guests and team members.
Your Role:
- Management of direct reservations and cancellations.
- Perform check-in and check-out and follow up on guest requests.
- Ensure a fantastic welcoming for our guests and excellence in service as a whole.
- Handle complaints, request and compliments from guests.
- Charge expenses in the guests account.
- Sell and upsell, inform and promote the various services and activities of the resort.
- Communicate and escalate promptly any anomaly found in the product and service or that as occurred with a guest.
- Ensure that the front-desk is organized clean and tidy at all times.
- Participate in the ESG initiatives of the resort and the company
