Position: Property Sales Executive
Location: Algarve - Hybrid
Employment type: Full-time – perm contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and facilitate property sales, including both pre-market and on-market listings
- Collaborate with key property partners to promote and close sales effectively
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing expert advice throughout the sales process
- Present properties professionally through digital tools, presentations, and client meetings
- Stay informed about local market trends to support accurate property valuations and recommendations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent/Native in German (C1), both written and oral. As well as proficiency in English (B2)
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing sales role
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets
- Technologically proficient, with confidence using presentation tools and digital platforms
- Knowledge of the local property market is a strong advantage
- Residence in the region and familiarity with its real estate landscape preferred
