The Opportunity
Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, legal compliance, and governance strategies. We also provide specialty consulting services, including clinical/health management program design, pharmacy solutions, disability/absence management strategies, and claims audit services.
We are looking for a skilled PMO to coordinate data-related projects from planning to implementation. The ideal candidate has a solid background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in data governance, analytics, and change management.
What will you do?
Project Planning & Management
- Lead project planning, ensuring control over budget, timeline, and resources.
- Define key milestones, establish KPIs, and track progress against objectives.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Maintain structured documentation and reporting to stakeholders.
Team and Stakeholders Coordination
- Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, analysts, product owners, and business leads.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
- Drive meetings, resolve blockers, and ensure accountability across contributors.
Data Governance & Testing
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of reporting solutions.
- Contribute to the implementation of data governance frameworks, focusing on data quality, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
- Analyze and communicate the business impact of delivered solutions.
Change Management & User Enablement
- Organize and support end-users through training sessions and awareness initiatives on new data tools and solutions.
- Gather user feedback to identify pain points, enhancement opportunities, and adoption challenges.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to refine solutions and drive continuous improvement based on real-world usage.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field
- Experience managing end-to-end projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder reporting.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders).
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business impact and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking skills, and results-driven.
- Ability to influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
