Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Contribute to VA (Value Added) target achievement.
- Plan and organize workshops for the RPP projects aligned with all stakeholders.
- Workshops moderation promoting involvement and technical discussion between different areas.
- Identify and propose ideas and solutions to optimize VA costs.
- Responsibility to collect and monitor activities with Industrialization teams and RPP entities.
- Follow-up of action plans to keep projects on track.
- Monitor and report VA ratio status and progress to Steering Committee.
- Consolidate Plant measures to meet Business Plan target.
- Collaboration and alignment with RPP MAT.
- Lessons learned from project experience.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Master Degree in Engineering / Management or similar.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of cost analysis approaches.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Critical and creative spirit looking for continuous improvement.
- Ability to negotiate and make decisions.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Availability to travel.
- Knowledge of Business Analysis and Project Management.
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of the product life cycle and process management in the automotive industry, namely in the cost area.
- Result orientation.
