Job Description


Team presentation and main goal:

TSO processes account management operations for Natixis customers and other entities of the group.

Main tasks and goals:

The Processing Operations Officer main tasks are processing payments, meaning:

  • Manage the cash pooling (physical, notional, multi-bank) processing for Natixis clients and the BPCE group.
  • Analyze and manage the implementation of automatic cash placements for BPCE group clients.
  • Analyze and manage the implementation of cash management solutions internationally (MT101 / MT940 / MT942 / MT950).
  • Open, modify, or close Natixis client accounts.
  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and complaints from Natixis clients, as well as from sales representatives of BPCE group banks.
  • Alert and report IT and technical incidents related to these products via the dedicated tool.
  • Participate in deployment projects and testing of new tools in collaboration with the IT team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor (economy, management, bank)
  • Experience in account management operations (Swift; Payments Systems)
  • Experience in treasury operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Pack office (Word; Excel; PPT)
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and a good level of French (will be a plus).
  • Communication (oral and written)
  • Personal organisation
  • Team work
  • Reliability / Accuracy / Rigor

Once you are done with your work for the day, strike the right note playing with Natixis band or be part of a board games session. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to catch some waves or sail the Douro river during golden hour.
