We are in search of a Planner based in Porto to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in the Deployment and Maintenance Operations team.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Schedule with our location partners: deployments, preventive and corrective maintenance interventions for our smart locker systems across various regions in Spain and Portugal;
- Assign and coordinate maintenance and deployment tasks with internal and external technicians, optimizing resources based on geography and workload;
- Monitor maintenance and deployment tickets and ensure timely resolution according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
- Optimize technician assignments within their geographical range, accounting for availability, proximity, and expertise;
- Act as the main point of contact between the maintenance and deployment team and other departments, such as logistics and operations;
- Contribute to improving maintenance and deployment processes and workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
What are the requirements to join us in this position:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus);
- The position is based in Porto, Portugal;
- 2-3 years of experience in a role that involved frequent, high-volume communication with customers and partners;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with great attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Extra valued skills:
- Previous experience in Planning is preferred;
- Knowledge of smart locker systems or similar technologies is a plus.
