What is expected in this role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews and feedback);
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide guidance on talent strategies;
- Support general People & Culture initiatives such as employee onboarding, engagement, training, development and offboarding;
- Maintain and improve internal HR processes and documentation.
Must-haves
- Higher education, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology;
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with strong focus on recruitment;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in tech or eCommerce environments;
- Understanding of Portuguese labor law.
