What is expected in this role:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews and feedback);
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide guidance on talent strategies;
• Support general People & Culture initiatives such as employee onboarding, engagement, training, development and offboarding;
• Maintain and improve internal HR processes and documentation.

What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities):
Must-haves

• Higher education, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology;
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with strong focus on recruitment;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in tech or eCommerce environments;
• Understanding of Portuguese labor law.
