We’re looking for a skilled, ambitious Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our pastry team and help deliver creative, beautifully made sweet treats that guests will remember.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Assisting in the production of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for all services
  • Supporting the Pastry Sous Chef and senior team in daily operations
  • Preparing mise en place to a high standard and on time
  • Helping with stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation
  • Learning and developing new skills, techniques, and recipes
  • Ensuring high levels of hygiene and food safety are maintained
  • Taking pride in presentation and consistency for every plate

What Do You Need?

  • Previous pastry experience in a professional kitchen (hotel, restaurant, or patisserie)
  • Good knowledge of basic pastry techniques and an eagerness to develop
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn from senior chefs
  • Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus, not essential)
  • Passion for hospitality and a genuine love of pastry and baking
