Responsibilities:
- Manage the backlog of tickets regarding charger issues, identifying the root causes and communicating with other stakeholders involved (local teams, hardware team, suppliers)
- Propose and implement improvements in operational processes, contributing to team efficiency
- Manage and follow up on internal projects, ensuring their implementation and progress
- Collaborate with field teams, suppliers, and other departments to optimize processes and solve challenges
- Monitor Powerdot's network of chargers, defining workflows for each monitoring task
