Missão:
Atendimento a Clientes rececionados pelo canal Customer Service (telefone), respondendo às suas solicitações, de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos para a Unidade e as orientações da empresa, no sentido de assegurar um atendimento telefónico personalizado e os adequados resultados ao nível do Customer Care e da otimização do canal em termos da gestão de Clientes.
Tarefas:
- Registar todas as tarefas realizadas em CRM nomeadamente chamadas telefónicas e criação de pedidos de suporte para assegurar o acompanhamento dos processos e medir a performance individual e da unidade.
- Atendimento a clientes, condutores e parceiros, em questões relacionadas com a atividade da empresa, nomeadamente ponto de situação de processos geridos nas várias unidades da Ayvens tal como documentação, sinistros, manutenção, entre outros, fornecendo, sempre que possível, resposta às diversas solicitações e reclamações, procedendo ao devido encaminhamento se necessário, garantindo a satisfação das necessidades dos clientes.
- Efetuar reservas e prolongamentos de veículos de substituição e marcação de intervenções nas respetivas aplicações.
Perfil:
requisitos obrigatórios:
- Experiência em atendimento telefónico em funções similares
- Orientação para o cliente
- Capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal
- Prática no tratamento de dados
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês (falado e escrito)
- 12º ano
Requisito facultativo:
- Conhecimentos de rent-a-car, gestão de sinistros e assistência em viagem (preferencial)
