Mathematics Teacher with ICT Competencies (Cambridge ICT Syllabus)
Location: Prime School Campus in Lisbon or Estoril
Expected Start Date: End of August 2025
Prime School is recruiting a Teacher of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to join its academic team and teach the Cambridge International Education curriculum, at the IGCSE and A-Level levels.
Profile Requirements
University degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related areas;
Strong ICT skills, including:
Productivity tools (word processors, spreadsheets, presentations);
Operating systems, networking, cybersecurity, and hardware;
Website creation and basic programming concepts;
Familiarity with or willingness to train in the Cambridge ICT syllabus (IGCSE and A-Level);
Experience in teaching or delivering tech training to students aged 12 to 18;
Good command of English (minimum B2 level, preferably higher);
Ability to work with lower and upper secondary students;
Passion for dynamic, student-centered teaching;
Team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and an interest in innovative education.
Key Responsibilities
Teach ICT according to the Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level curriculum;
Plan, prepare, and assess both theoretical and practical lessons;
Create learning materials and assessments aligned with Cambridge standards;
Monitor and support students’ academic progress;
Promote ethical and responsible use of technology;
Collaborate actively with the teaching team.
