The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to help drive the planning, execution, and performance tracking of integrated marketing campaigns that support pipeline growth and customer engagement.
You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create campaigns that are targeted, measurable, and aligned with the buyer journey.

What You’ll Do
- Campaign Planning: Define campaign objectives, target audiences, channel mix, and KPIs, aligned with marketing and sales goals
- Execution: Manage campaign timelines, assets, and workflows across content, digital, design, and product marketing teams
- Performance Tracking: Monitor leads, engagement, and conversions using CRM and analytics platforms. Provide reports and actionable insights
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content creators, digital marketers, sales, and product marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and execution
- Marketing Automation Support: Collaborate on email workflows, lead nurturing, and lead scoring using the existing marketing tech stack
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategies for better performance over time
What You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing campaign coordination or execution, preferably in a B2B technology environment
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, events, and partner-driven initiatives
- Comfortable tracking campaign performance metrics and reporting on outcomes
- Comfortable with both strategic planning and tactical execution
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Dynamics 365), presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills Excellent English skills – spoken and written
What We Consider a Plus (Not Mandatory)
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations, MES, ERP, or industrial automation
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (or other CRM platforms)
