We are currently looking for a Delivery Manager in Krakow or Lisbon.
In this position you will be responsible to oversee delivery and lifecycle of D&A product/ services and the relevant initiatives; Play an essential role in ensuring seamless coordination, improved efficiency, and overall project success; Work in tight collaboration with respective Delivery Head and Product Owner(s) to ensure delivery in accordance with defined scope, milestones, budget and quality standards ; Ensure adherence to financial, procurement, IT and Data Governance policies/ standards.
Your responsibilities:
Solution Delivery
- Manage and provide visibility of the entire lifecycle of the product/services and the relevant initiatives
- Support collaboration with partners to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize deliverables
- Assess high level impact of the demand/requirements on feasibility and capacity.
- Ensure proper cost estimation and actual cost allocation are updated
- Manage resources, including personnel, budget, and vendor management
- Manage dependencies, escalate impediments, drive relentless improvement.
- Identifies capacity constraints and agrees with Product Group Owner about eventual roadmap changes or capacity adjustments
- Responsible for Product Group SLA/OLA creation and monitoring
- Identify and propose service improvements
- Contribute to Delivery Management CoP to increase practices maturity
- SPOC for auditors (coordinate activities on Product Group level)
Financial Management
- Contribute to Case preparation in collaboration with respective Delivery Head
- Contribute providing project / service financial details during budgeting cycles
- Support vendor selection process
- Facilitate contract creation, operations with vendors, payments
Risk Management
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Conducting thorough risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize the impact of these risks
- Effectively communicate risks to partners and make informed decisions to ensure project success
- Timely raise issues to Vendor Management team to consolidate PMI challenges in that area
Partner Engagement
- Build strong relationships with partners, including customers, product owners, and agile team members
- Manage expectations, and ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives
People Management
- Manage external SCRUM Master(s)
- Ensure Product Team(s) awareness and adherence to Agile principles and processes
- Ensure Team operates in accordance with D&A and IT policies /standards
We’re looking for someone with
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience In data analytics or project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering data analytics projects.
- Experience with Agile delivery and Product Based Organization
- Ability to operate in matrix Organization set up
- Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. High empathy and situational awareness.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to motivate and energize the team, ensuring sustainable delivery
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English
