Mission
Mission Overview
As a Local Deployment & Change Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful local implementation of the SHARP program. You will act as the key liaison between the central SHARP team and local stakeholders, managing deployment activities, change management, training, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
Deployment & Governance
- Plan and oversee all phases of local deployment in alignment with SHARP timelines.
- Represent the subsidiary in program governance and ensure alignment with central teams.
- Facilitate communication between the Core Team and local users.
- Participate in steering committees and progress meetings.
- Identify and manage local stakeholders across departments (IT, HR, business units).
Data Cleaning & Migration
- Coordinate local data cleaning and migration activities per SHARP guidelines.
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration process.
Test Management
- Ensure local legal and fiscal requirements are reflected in system adaptations.
- Organize and supervise business acceptance test scenarios and execution.
- Document test results and manage issue reporting and resolution.
Training & SOPs
- Adapt and translate SHARP training materials for local use.
- Support the creation and update of local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Plan and deliver end-user training in collaboration with HR.
- Ensure users are prepared to operate the new system effectively.
Change & Risk Management
- Identify and manage risks and issues during deployment.
- Address resistance to change and support user adaptation to new processes and tools.
- Collect feedback and propose continuous improvements.
Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular updates to the SHARP team on local project progress.
- Develop and execute local communication plans (e.g., newsletters, posters).
- Foster engagement among Key Users and End Users.
Go-Live & Hypercare
- Coordinate cutover and go-live activities.
- Implement local support systems during the transition.
- Manage incident reporting and resolution.
- Lead post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date local project deliverables and documentation.
Perfil
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in international IS deployments.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in change management and user support.
- Ability to analyze problems and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Skilled in training development and delivery.
Languages
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- French is an asset.
