Job Overview:
As the Learning & Competence Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of learning and development practices, integrating agile methodologies and innovative approaches to maximise business impact and ensure our people acquire the right skills to meet Tekever’s challenges.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a learning and skills development strategy aligned with the People vision and Tekever’s strategic objectives.
- Map critical business competencies and design learning pathways to ensure their acquisition and continuous development.
- Create and manage corporate academies, structuring content, learning journeys, and performance metrics.
- Embed agile methodologies in the design and delivery of training and development programmes.
- Lead transformation projects within the learning function, including content digitalisation and the implementation of innovative learning experience solutions.
- Manage and optimise LMS platforms, ensuring an intuitive user experience and actionable learning data.
- Facilitate in-person and online workshops and training sessions on personal development topics.
- Analyse training impact and skills progression data, producing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Act as a change agent across business areas, supporting the adoption of new ways of working and the continuous development of skills.
Profile and requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a learning role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.
- Proven experience in Training Management, Skills Development, and Organisational Development.
- Track record in creating and managing corporate academies and implementing e-learning platforms.
- Experience in competency mapping and delivering strategic upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
- Skilled in facilitating in-person and online workshops/training.
- Strong data analysis and strategic reporting skills.
- Experience in team management and influencing stakeholders at various organisational levels.
