Do you know <strong>askblue</strong>?<br /> <br /> We were born in 2013, and we provide services in the field of information technology.<br /> <br /> We are looking for a<b> Lead Data Architect</b> to join our company in one of our projects, in <b>Lisbon</b>.<br /> <br /> <strong>Tasks:</strong> <ul> <li>Design and develop scalable and efficient data driven architecture solutions to meet organizational needs;</li> <li>Oversee data visualization initiatives, creating user-friendly dashboards and reports that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions;</li> <li>Lead data management strategies, including data governance, collection, transformation, integration, and storage, ensuring data quality and reliability;</li> <li>Implement and optimize data governance frameworks to ensure compliance, security, and ethical use of data;</li> <li>Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategy and innovation;</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives;</li> <li>Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, fostering trust and understanding;</li> <li>Write, debug, and optimize code to directly contribute to the development and maintenance of data systems;</li> <li>Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our data capabilities;</li> <li>Mentor and guide team members, promoting skill development and professional growth within the company and the group.</li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field;</li> <li>Proven experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a similar role;</li> <li>Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, Go);</li> <li>Deep understanding of data management, governance, and analysis methodologies;</li> <li>Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS), big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop), Data Warehose/Lake technologies (e.g. SnowFlake, others), and event streams and message queues (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ);</li> <li>Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams;</li> <li>Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to present technical information to diverse audiences;</li> <li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges;</li> <li>Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in the data field;</li> <li>Experience in Project Management or Agile leadership roles are a plus;</li> <li>Fluency in English is mandatory, French is a real plus.</li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Work Arrangement: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Hybrid</li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Health Insurance;</p> </li> <li> <p>3 and a half days of leave per year + 22 vacation days;</p> </li> <li> <p>Unlimited access to Udemy.</p> </li> </ul> <p><br /> If you are interested in the opportunity, upload your C.V. or send it to filipa.pinto@askblue.com with the reference #16702339 in the subject.<br /> <br /> <strong>askblue - Where Business meets Technology</strong></p>
