Are you an automotive professional with a drive for growth and a passion for building strategic relationships? We're looking for a Key Account Specialist (Junior) to join our team and actively contribute to the success of our major accounts and the expansion of our business. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As a key Mobility Advisor for our major accounts, your responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive Mobility Advisory: Identify and address all mobility needs of our strategic clients.

  • New Account Acquisition: Proactively seek out new clients, focusing on companies with fleets of passenger and commercial vehicles (over 50 units).

  • Existing Account Management: Manage assigned key accounts, ensuring commitments are met and client satisfaction is maintained.

  • Sales Target Focus: Strategically work towards achieving sales objectives by ensuring an excellent client process, from the initial visit to the delivery and use of units by clients.

  • Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to deeply understand their needs and anticipate their requirements.

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop specific plans for each account, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing client value.

  • Internal Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, After-sales, Telematics, Charging, and Ford Credit, to ensure a seamless and integrated client experience.

  • Effective Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with key clients effectively and in a timely manner.

  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze the market and competition to identify trends and new business opportunities that benefit both the company and our key clients.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time work schedule, Monday to Friday.

  • Permanent employment contract.

  • Possibility of a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote work).

  • Company car, fuel card, and company mobile phone provided.

  • Travel expenses reimbursed according to company policy.


Qualifications


Are You the Person We're Looking For?

We're looking for you if you meet the following requirements and possess these skills:

  • Educational Background: University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.

  • Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years of solid experience in Sales, the Commercial field, or Dealership Relationship Management, preferably within the automotive sector.

  • Digital Mindset: Ability to quickly adopt and adapt to new platforms and technological tools.

  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Spanish, and professional proficiency in Portuguese.

  • Mobility: A valid driver's license is essential, as frequent travel will be required for client and dealership visits within the country.
