YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You support the day-to-day execution of our Display and Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Kayak and the Google Display Network
- You collaborate with our content and design teams to develop compelling creatives that resonate with our audience
- You analyze campaign performance and help turn data into actionable insights
- You conduct market and competitor research to spot new opportunities
- You assist in managing budgets and keeping campaigns on track
- You contribute ideas and fresh perspectives during team brainstorms and strategy sessions
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have 1 or 2 years of experience in business or relevant internships, ideally in digital marketing or media
- Education You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Performance Marketing Knowledge You have a foundational understanding of Display and Paid Social campaigns and are motivated to deepen your expertise in performance marketing
- Data & Analytical Skills You enjoy working with data and are confident navigating reports and dashboards to derive insights
- Soft Skills You are a proactive team player who communicates clearly and takes initiative to solve problems and support colleagues
- Growth Mindset You’re eager to learn, stay current with digital marketing trends, and continuously expand your skill set
