We are looking for a #TechTalent<strong> </strong>to perform duties as a<strong> IT Change Manager </strong>for a national project.<br />

<strong>💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</strong>
<ul>
<li>Relevant experience in similar roles, preferably in managing change processes;</li>
<li>Strong background in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks; </li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Agile methodology with the ability to lead Scrum ceremonies;</li>
<li>Proficient with Excel and Power BI;</li>
<li>Proven professional experience with ServiceNow;</li>
<li>Fluency in English (written and spoken) - proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.</li>
