Overview:

As an IT Administrative you will be responsible for administrative and support tasks related to the company’s IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves providing technical support to users, managing documents and files, and performing various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and File Management:
    Organize and maintain important documents such as contracts, invoices, and technical manuals.
  • Inventory Management:
    Monitor and control the company’s inventory of hardware and software, tracking the lifecycle of each item.
  • Administrative Support:
    Handle general administrative tasks including phone support, meeting organization, report writing, assisting with IT project coordination and creation of purchase orders.
  • Communication:
    Effectively communicate with users and IT team members to ensure timely issue resolution and system reliability.

Requirements:

  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Communication Skills:
    Clear and concise verbal and written communication with both users and team members.
  • Organization and Planning:
    Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork:
    Ability to work collaboratively within the IT team.
  • Adaptability:
    Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and a constantly evolving work environment.
  • Language Proficiency:
    Advanced (C1 level) proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
  • Location:

Able to work in Caldas da Rainha – Portugal (on-office work model)
