About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Sourcing Admin Services team based in Lisbon. As part of the Sourcing Services group, you will support sourcing and administrative processes across several European countries. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and international procurement environment. You will be part of a team of 7 people covering Poland, Slovakia, Greece, Romania, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. The entire team is based in Lisbon, which ensures close collaboration and daily interaction.
What You Will Do
Support invoice management activities through the InvoiceTrack system
Assist in maintaining sourcing documentation and supplier records
Communicate with key stakeholders, including suppliers, buyers, and the accounting team
Participate in administrative tasks related to sourcing projects
Contribute to process improvements and support data entry/validation
Translate or verify documents in local languages using automated tools
Attend team meetings and prepare meeting minutes or action summaries
Who You Are
Degree in Economics or a related discipline
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude
Fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus
Preferably Portuguese nationals or candidates in possession of Portuguese NIF and NISS
