At Veesion, we’re building something big: AI that helps businesses prevent theft in real time. Our proprietary gesture recognition technology is already installed in 5,500+ stores across more than 45 countries—pharmacies, supermarkets, liquor stores, and more. And we’re just getting started.
We’re looking for an Inside Sales - Italian Speaker to lead sales efforts in key markets. This role is ideal for someone who has a track record of closing and wants to help shape the future of retail loss prevention through technology.
What will you do
Prospect & Build Pipeline
- You’ll actively generate new leads through outreach—including cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and creative channels. We’re selling to business owners and store managers, and this role requires hustle and heart.
Meet with Prospects
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to introduce Veesion’s AI platform, demo the product, and clearly communicate how we reduce shrink and improve profitability for retailers.
Close Deals & Own Your Funnel
- You’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from first contact to signed contract—with support from sales leadership and onboarding resources
Manage Your Territory
- You’ll develop a deep understanding of your region, keep tabs on competitors, and create a plan that supports sustained growth.
Build Relationships
- Maintain contact with prospects and customers throughout the process. We believe in creating strong relationships from first meeting through implementation.
Track & Report
- Use Salesforce or other CRM and other tools to manage leads, forecast revenue, and stay organized.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or retail/SaaS environments;
- Experience with cold outreach and direct in-store selling is a big plus;
- Comfortable managing your own schedule, pipeline, and goals;
- Able to communicate clearly and adapt to different types of buyers;
- Tech-savvy—you know your way around CRMs and productivity tools;
- Resilient, resourceful, and excited to be part of a high-growth environment.
