Estamos à procura de um especialista em compras, proactivo e analítico com experiência em gestão de projectos.

Irá desenvolver um papel fundamental na nossa cadeia de fornecimento de Manutenção, Reparação e Operações (MRO+), optimizando os custos e a eficiência.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Analisar e categorizar os dados de gastos dos fornecedores.
• Liderar e executar iniciativas globais de sourcing estratégico.
• Negociar contratos e avaliar fornecedores, com ênfase nos custos indirectos (vestuário de trabalho, ferramentas, EPI).
• Estabelecer relações fortes com os principais fornecedores, garantindo a ética e a integridade.
• Identificar novas oportunidades para melhorar a eficiência e a qualidade.
• Minimizar os custos por meio de negociações e incorporações de novos fornecedores competitivos.

Para ser bem sucedido nesta posição, precisamos de:

EXPERIÊNCIA:

• Custos indirectos (frota, ferramentas, roupa de trabalho, serviços profissionais).
• Gestão de equipas em ambientes internacionais.
• Experiência: Mais de 5 anos em gestão da Cadeia de Abastecimento e gestão de pessoas.

FORMAÇÃO:

• Engenharia Técnica ou Superior (Industrial) e Mestrado/formação em Supply Chain.

OUTROS:

• Orientação para resultados: Capacidade de analisar dados e tomar decisões estratégicas.
• Comunicação e Negociação: Fluência em inglês (C1 essencial). Valorizam-se outras linguas.
• Visão estratégica, pensamento analítico, gestão da cadeia de abastecimento, liderança, gestão de equipas e melhoria contínua.
• Residência na zona de Lisboa ou arredores
