    YOUR ROLE:

      • Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding and offboarding activities;
      • Ensure the on-time payment of all payroll-related taxes;
      • Manage and track timekeeping related activities and updates, while maintaining reports on employee time and absences;
      • Assist with the administration of all benefits programs;
      • Review all essential compliance records and policies enabling the operational teams to devise strategies that adhere to legal requirements, minimizing legal risks;
      • Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details;
      • Troubleshoot workforce issues concerning employees and management to ensure positive employee relations;
      • Gather critical productivity data and analyze it thoroughly to continually monitor and refine the department’s procedures to foster ongoing improvement, generating reports to help the organization make informed decisions;
      • Developing and maintaining job descriptions and classifications;
      • Provide job evaluations and appropriate pay grades;
      • Analyze and maintain proper internal equity and pay gaps;
      • Manage, communicate and train stakeholders on compensation and benefits topics, pay methodologies and principles;
      • Partner with Central Total Rewards team to ensure compliance and alignment on strategy and practices.

    YOUR BACKGROUND:

    • Master degree in HR Management or related field;
    • 3+ years of experience in an Compensation and Benefits position;
    • English fluency C1 (written and spoken);
    • Knowledge of HRIS for Payroll, Workday a plus;
    • Detail-oriented, thorough, with strong analytical skills;
    • Customer oriented with excellent communication skills;
    • Autonomous and proactive;
    • Problem solver mentality.
