Your mission:

Support and clarify employees about HR policies and procedures, acknowledge and screen requests or issues, assuring the follow-up until its closure
Ensure HR databases are up to date and prepare HR related documentation
Development and implementation of HR projects
Keep activities and KPIs on-track and ready for reporting

We are looking forward to:

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
Experience as an HR Generalist
Knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation
A people-person, with exceptional communication and empathy skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality oriented
Fluent in both Portuguese and English
