Verisure (in Portugal known as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate Group Accounting Intern to join our Group Accounting Team, with colleagues in Sweden, Geneva, Madrid and Lisbon. The role will report to the Group Accounting Senior Manager and will be based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities will include, among others:
- Support P2P process: receiving and processing invoices, assure communication to and from all
- Point of Contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support reviewing and assuring proper classification of cost center and accounts on POs
- Assist manager and peers on the daily activity
- Performing ad hoc Accounts Payable and Procurement duties as required
- Collaboration with local finance specialists to accounting, tax, annual reports etc. to ensure adherence to local legislation

- Recent graduate/finalist in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business
- Strong interest for Accounting
- Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory)

- Organized, willing to learn and suggest improvements on existing processes
