Your Responsibilities:
- Manual entry of supplier order confirmations into SAP based on received documents;
- Verification of order confirmation details, including:
- Comparison with the original purchase order;
- Documentation of discrepancies and escalation to the purchasing department if needed;
- Updating order status in SAP;
- Archiving order confirmations according to internal guidelines.
Your Qualifications:
- Secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent;
- High attention to detail in data entry;
- Reliability in following standard procedures;
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency;
- Good knowledge of IT tools, including Microsoft Office and SAP (preferably MM module or similar);
- Good command of English; German is a plus.
