About the role:
Are you passionate about digital transformation and B2B E-Commerce? Join us to shape the future of global online sales and deliver exceptional digital experiences to our customers worldwide.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to contribute online sales growth and activate global B2B digital platforms across diverse customer segments. This role collaborates closely with local market teams (B2B E-Commerce, Customer Service, Commercial Development, Sales, Marketing) and global IT to enhance platform capabilities, support country launches, and manage communication and analytics.
With a strong blend of analytical thinking, project management, and executional skills, you will help optimize the digital customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience that sets us apart from the competition.
What you will do:
Lead the digitalization of the ordering process across local Markets to achieve the 2026 goal of 80% digital order ratio, through activation of global E-Shops or seamless integration into customer e-procurement systems.
Collaborate with B2B E-Commerce stakeholders in each Country to implement the most effective digital solutions that drive customer adoption and support the local e-commerce strategy.
Act as an internal B2B E-Commerce expert and customer advocate, ensuring our digital solutions meet market expectations and deliver best-in-class experiences.
Promote and facilitate best practices sharing across Regions and local Markets and collaborate with global marketing teams (Inco and Medical) to ensure alignment of B2B E-Commerce activities with broader digital marketing strategies.
Support strategic projects such as the Health & Medical Extranet and the Global Analytics Dashboard, which are key to elevating the B2B customer experience and performance tracking.
Work with Global Product Owners and IT teams to enhance B2B platforms by proposing improvements, prioritizing change requests, testing new features, and preparing documentation for local implementation.
Contribute to Omnichannel initiatives by integrating CRM, Education tool and Essity legacy systems into B2B platforms, creating a unified and personalized journey for Health Care Professionals.
Manage communication materials for global platforms implementation in the Markets, including launch kits and ongoing engagement contents such as newsletters, surveys, and webinars.
Own monthly B2B reporting: validate local data, update global E-Shop metrics, refresh Power BI dashboards, and share insights with global and local stakeholders.
Who you are:
Degree in business administration, economics, marketing, digital commerce, or a related field.
Experience in B2B E-Commerce, omnichannel, digital marketing, digital health care sector or FMCG.
Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI), Google Analytics, AI features; familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
Demonstrated strength in project management, problem solving, and process-oriented thinking, with an analytical mindset, strong communication and stakeholder influence skills, and the ability to drive change, collaborate in a matrix environment, and balance strategic vision with operational execution.
Availability to travel within Europe (10% - 20%).
