Global Artwork Strategy & Integration Manager
- Provide Global Artwork Management support to new business integrations; assess impact on packaging artworks and plan artwork development activities in alignment with business plans and regulations;
- Promote continuous improvement in artwork development and implementation processes, ensuring close collaboration with all involved functions, from an end-to-end perspective;
- Set up, review and adapt measurements of performance, striving for meaningful and robust key performance indicators, operational excellence and compliance. Manage and monitor appropriate KPIs and track measures of processes optimization;
- Continuously review and improve labelling artwork processes based on functional expertise, cross-functional requirements and pharma benchmarking;
- Document process changes and effectively communicate/train the related functions.
- High knowledge on pharma labelling relevant national and international regulatory requirements and guidelines;
- Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry or equivalent (e.g., Medical Devices), in areas with knowledge in artworks, preferably in Regulatory Affairs, Supply, Quality or Business Development;
- Previous experience in business integrations management or cross-functional project management;
- University degree, preferably in life sciences areas;
- Fluent in verbal and written English;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to communicate clearly and effectively both internally and externally.
