Role: Functional Analyst (Health sector)
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.
Required skills:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
- Min. 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in the healthcare sector;
- Experience gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience defining technical specifications and analyzing business processes;
- Experience with Agile methodologies;
- Proficient in creating technical and functional documentation;
- Experience using BPMN and UML;
- Familiarity with functional programming concepts;
- Ability to produce clear, client-facing and internal documentation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
