We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing company in the technology sector. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join a high-impact, international project based in Porto.
Key Responsabilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing calendar, priorities, and executive communications;
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, documents, and follow-up actions;
- Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring alignment and information flow;
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure confidentiality across all matters;
- Support with investor relations, client meetings, and communication with strategic partners;
- Prepare executive summaries, reports, and presentations to support decision-making;
- Organize and support travel plans, events, and high-level logistics;
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve operational or communication challenges.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar role supporting executive leadership;
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills;
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information;
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities with autonomy;
- Comfortable using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., G-Suite, Slack, Trello, Notion, CRM, Zoom);
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
